1. 진행 절차
- 당사가 요청을 확인하고 이메일로 계정 소유권을 검증합니다.
- 검증 완료 후 계정 삭제를 처리합니다.
- 삭제 완료 시 확인 이메일을 받게 됩니다.
2. 삭제 범위
계정이 삭제되면 Mixroom 계정 프로필과 관련 개인정보가 삭제됩니다. 단, 법적, 보안, 사기 방지 또는 결제 컴플라이언스 목적으로 제한된 보관 기간 동안 보존해야 하는 데이터는 예외입니다.
3. 구독에 관한 중요 안내
Mixroom 계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다. 구독은 해당 스토어 계정 설정에서 별도로 해지해 주십시오.
웹 결제(Paddle·토스페이먼츠) 구독도 계정 삭제로 자동 해지되지 않으며, 계정 삭제가 환불을 의미하지도 않습니다. 구독 취소 및 환불 처리 방식은 환불 정책을 참고해 주십시오.
4. 처리 기한
당사는 검증된 삭제 요청을 30일 이내에 처리하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

If you want to delete your Mixroom account, contact us at support@mixroom.ai from the email address linked to your account.
Please include:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your Mixroom account email
- Sign-in method you used (Email / Google / Apple / Kakao)
- Optional: reason for deletion
1. What happens next
- We'll confirm your request and verify account ownership by email.
- After verification, we'll process account deletion.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion is completed.
2. Data deletion scope
When your account is deleted, your Mixroom account profile and associated personal data are deleted, except data we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing compliance purposes for a limited retention period.
3. Important subscription note
Deleting your Mixroom account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Please cancel subscriptions separately in your store account settings.
Web subscriptions (Paddle or Toss Payments) are also not canceled automatically by deleting your account, and account deletion does not constitute a refund. For how cancellations and refunds are handled, see our Refund Policy.
