본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 귀하와 (주)믹스룸(Mixroom)("당사", "Mixroom") 사이의 법적 합의로서, Mixroom 앱, 웹사이트, AI 기능, 계정 서비스 및 관련 서비스(이하 통칭 "서비스") 이용에 적용됩니다.
계정을 생성하거나 앱을 다운로드 및 사용하거나 당사 웹사이트를 이용하거나 기타 방식으로 서비스에 접근함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 이용 자격
귀하는 당사와 구속력 있는 계약을 체결할 수 있고 관련 법에 따라 서비스 이용이 금지되지 않은 경우에만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
Mixroom은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 귀하가 거주지의 성년 연령 미만이지만 Mixroom을 이용할 수 있는 연령이라면, 부모 또는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
2. 계정 및 가입
일부 기능을 이용하려면 계정을 생성해야 할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 정확한 정보를 제공하고 최신 상태로 유지하는 데 동의합니다.
귀하는 다음에 대한 책임이 있습니다:
- 자격증명의 기밀 유지;
- 귀하의 계정을 통해 발생하는 모든 활동;
- 연령 관련 가입 정보를 포함하여 제공한 정보의 정확성 확보;
- 계정에 무단 접근이 의심되는 경우 신속하게 당사에 통지.
당사는 특정 기능을 사용하기 전 이메일 인증 또는 재인증을 요구할 수 있습니다.
3. 서비스
Mixroom은 음악 및 미디어 제작, 편집, 녹음, 내보내기, AI, 계정 관련 기능을 제공합니다. 일부 기능은 기기 내 로컬 기능이며, 일부는 클라우드 서비스, 제3자 플랫폼 또는 구독 인프라를 사용합니다.
특정 기능은 특정 플랫폼에서만, 베타로 또는 실험적으로 제공될 수 있으며, 언제든지 변경, 일시 중단 또는 중단될 수 있습니다.
4. 사용자 콘텐츠
귀하와 Mixroom 사이에서, 귀하는 서비스를 통해 제출, 생성, 녹음, 편집, 가져오기, 내보내기 또는 업로드한 음악, 오디오, 비디오, 프로젝트 데이터, 프롬프트, 메타데이터, 텍스트 및 기타 콘텐츠("사용자 콘텐츠")의 소유권을 유지합니다.
귀하는 Mixroom에게 다음의 목적으로만 사용자 콘텐츠를 호스팅, 저장, 복제, 전송, 처리, 표시 및 사용할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 전 세계적, 무상의 라이선스를 부여합니다:
- 서비스의 운영 및 제공;
- 귀하가 시작한 AI 요청의 처리;
- 서비스의 보안, 디버깅, 지원 및 개선;
- 법령 준수 및 약정의 이행.
귀하는 다음을 보증합니다:
- 사용자 콘텐츠에 필요한 모든 권리, 허가 및 동의를 보유하고 있음;
- 사용자 콘텐츠와 서비스 이용이 저작권, 상표권, 개인정보, 퍼블리시티권 또는 계약상의 권리 등 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 위반하지 않음;
- 사용하는 음악, 샘플, 녹음물, 스템(stems), 초상 또는 기타 제3자 자료에 필요한 모든 라이선스와 권한을 확보함.
5. AI 기능
Mixroom은 편집, 분석, 가이드 및 창작 워크플로우를 위한 AI 지원 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. AI 출력물은 불완전하거나 부정확하거나 불쾌하거나 예상치 못하거나 의도한 용도에 부적합할 수 있습니다. 귀하는 AI가 생성한 출력물을 검토하고 사용 여부를 결정할 책임이 있습니다. AI 출력물을 법률, 금융, 의료 또는 기타 전문적 자문으로 의존해서는 안 됩니다.
6. 허용되는 사용
귀하는 다음 행위를 위해 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다:
- 법률 또는 규정 위반;
- 지식재산권 또는 기타 권리 침해;
- 악성코드, 유해 코드 또는 위법한 콘텐츠의 업로드, 제출 또는 배포;
- 당사의 시스템, 모델, API 또는 다른 사용자의 계정·데이터에 대한 탐색, 스캔, 역공학, 방해 또는 무단 접근 시도;
- 당사의 명시적 승인 없이 속도 제한, 접근 제어, 남용 방지 보호, 기타 보안 메커니즘을 우회·비활성화·방해하거나 그 한계를 시험;
- 구매, 환불, 복원, 지원 또는 권한(entitlement) 시스템의 남용;
- 사기성, 기만적, 명예훼손적, 괴롭히는, 혐오스러운 또는 기타 위법한 자료의 생성, 배포 또는 홍보;
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 방식으로 서비스 사용.
7. 제3자 서비스 및 플랫폼
서비스는 신원 제공자, 앱스토어, 결제 처리 업체, 분석 제공자, AI 제공자, YouTube 등 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 포함한 제3자 서비스 또는 플랫폼과 상호 운용될 수 있습니다. 제3자 서비스 이용은 해당 제3자의 자체 약관과 개인정보 처리방침의 적용을 받습니다. Mixroom은 제3자 서비스, 그 가용성 또는 독립적인 작위·부작위에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 유료 플랜, 결제 및 갱신
Mixroom은 무료 및 유료 플랜을 제공할 수 있습니다. 유료 플랜을 구매한 경우:
- 가격, 결제 주기, 갱신 조건은 결제 시 표시됩니다;
- 결제는 Apple, Google 또는 해당 웹 결제 제공자가 처리할 수 있습니다;
- 구독은 해당 제공자를 통해 해지하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신될 수 있습니다;
- 세금이 부과될 수 있습니다;
- 환불은 법령이 달리 정하는 경우를 제외하고 구매한 제공자의 규정에 따릅니다.
Mixroom 계정을 삭제하더라도 App Store, Google Play 또는 기타 제3자 결제가 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 계정 삭제를 요청하기 전에 해당 결제 제공자를 통해 활성 구독을 먼저 해지해야 합니다.
9. 지식재산권
소프트웨어, 모델, 인터페이스, 디자인, 브랜딩, 문서 및 관련 자료를 포함한 서비스는 Mixroom 또는 그 라이선스 제공자가 소유하며 지식재산권 등 관련 법률에 의해 보호됩니다. 본 약관 또는 관련 법령에서 명시적으로 허용한 경우를 제외하고, 귀하는 서비스를 복제, 수정, 배포, 판매, 임대, 서브라이선스, 스크래핑, 역공학, 디컴파일하거나 파생물을 생성할 수 없습니다.
10. 피드백
귀하가 Mixroom에 대한 아이디어, 제안 또는 피드백을 제공하는 경우, 귀하는 당사에게 해당 피드백을 제한 없이 사용, 복제, 수정 및 기타 방식으로 활용할 수 있는 비독점적, 전 세계적, 영구적, 취소 불가능, 무상의 라이선스를 부여하며, 이에 대한 보상을 요구하지 않습니다.
11. 일시 중지 및 해지
귀하는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 당사는 다음의 경우 귀하의 접근을 일시 중지, 제한 또는 종료할 수 있습니다:
- 본 약관을 위반한 경우;
- 귀하의 사용이 보안, 법률, 사기 또는 남용의 위험을 초래한다고 판단되는 경우;
- 법률 또는 제3자 제공자의 요구에 따라야 하는 경우;
- 당사가 해당 서비스 또는 기능을 중단하는 경우.
해지는 Mixroom에 부여된 권리 또는 구제수단을 제한하지 않습니다.
12. 면책 조항
법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. Mixroom은 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해성, 평온한 향유, 가용성 및 정확성에 대한 보증을 포함하여 명시적, 묵시적, 법정 또는 기타 모든 보증을 부인합니다.
당사는 서비스가 중단 없이, 안전하게, 오류 없이 제공된다는 점, 또는 콘텐츠나 AI 출력물이 정확하거나 신뢰할 수 있다는 점을 보장하지 않습니다.
13. 책임의 제한
법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Mixroom 및 그 계열사, 임원, 직원, 계약자, 라이선스 제공자, 서비스 제공자는 서비스 또는 본 약관과 관련하여 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적, 징벌적 또는 본보기적 손해, 또는 이익, 매출, 사업, 영업권, 데이터의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
14. 서비스 또는 약관의 변경
당사는 수시로 서비스 및 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우, 서비스 내 통지 또는 기타 합리적인 수단을 통해 알릴 수 있습니다. 업데이트된 약관의 발효일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하는 것은 업데이트된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
당사는 서비스, 사용자, 제공자 또는 Mixroom을 보호하기 위해 합리적으로 필요한 경우 사용량, 기술적 또는 보안 제한을 부과하거나 조정할 수 있습니다.

16. 구독, 취소 및 환불
Mixroom은 유료 구독, 일회성 구매 또는 기타 유료 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 가격, 결제 주기, 포함 기능 및 갱신 조건은 결제 전 체크아웃 화면 또는 해당 앱 스토어에서 안내됩니다.
구독은 다음 결제일 전에 취소하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구독을 구매한 경로에 따라 Mixroom 계정, Paddle, 토스페이먼츠, Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다.
구독을 취소하면 향후 갱신 결제가 중지됩니다. 별도로 안내되거나 관련 법령에서 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 유료 기능은 일반적으로 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and (주)믹스룸 (Mixroom) ("Mixroom," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of Mixroom apps, websites, AI features, account services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading or using the app, using our website, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
Mixroom is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live but old enough to use Mixroom, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission.
2. Accounts and Registration
To use some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
- all activity that occurs through your account;
- ensuring the information you provide, including any age-related signup information, is accurate;
- promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may require you to verify your email address or re-authenticate before using certain features.
3. The Services
Mixroom provides music and media creation, editing, recording, export, AI, and account-related features. Some features are local-device features, while others use cloud services, third-party platforms, or subscription infrastructure.
Certain features may be offered only on specific platforms, in beta, or on an experimental basis, and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
4. User Content
As between you and Mixroom, you retain ownership of the music, audio, video, project data, prompts, metadata, text, and other content you submit, create, record, edit, import, export, or upload through the Services ("User Content").
You grant Mixroom a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, display, and otherwise use User Content only as needed to:
- operate and provide the Services;
- process AI requests you initiate;
- secure, debug, support, and improve the Services;
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for your User Content;
- your User Content and use of the Services do not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contract rights;
- you will obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for any music, samples, recordings, stems, likenesses, or other third-party materials you use.
5. AI Features
Mixroom may provide AI-assisted features for editing, analysis, guidance, and creative workflows. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use AI-generated output. You must not rely on AI output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual-property or other rights;
- upload, submit, or distribute malware, harmful code, or unlawful content;
- attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, models, APIs, or other users' accounts or data;
- bypass, disable, interfere with, or test the limits of rate limits, access controls, anti-abuse protections, or other security mechanisms except as expressly authorized by us;
- abuse purchase, refund, restore, support, or entitlement systems;
- use the Services to create, distribute, or promote fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful material;
- use the Services in a way that interferes with normal operation of the Services.
7. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The Services may interoperate with third-party services or platforms, including identity providers, app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, AI providers, and content platforms such as YouTube. Your use of third-party services is governed by those third parties' own terms and privacy policies. Mixroom is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent acts or omissions.
8. Paid Plans, Billing, and Renewals
Mixroom may offer free and paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan:
- pricing, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout;
- billing may be handled by Apple, Google, or an applicable web billing provider;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable provider;
- taxes may apply;
- refunds, if any, are governed by the rules of the provider through which you purchased, except where law requires otherwise.
Deleting your Mixroom account does not by itself cancel App Store, Google Play, or other third-party billing. You must cancel active subscriptions through the applicable billing provider before requesting account deletion.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, models, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, and related materials, are owned by Mixroom or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services.
10. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Mixroom, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- we believe your use creates security, legal, fraud, or abuse risk;
- we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider;
- we discontinue the relevant Service or feature.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to Mixroom.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Mixroom disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, availability, and accuracy.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any content or AI output will be accurate or reliable.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixroom and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.
14. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
We may also impose or adjust usage, technical, or security limits where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, providers, or Mixroom.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the Mixroom Privacy Policy: https://mixroom.ai/privacy
16. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Mixroom may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid features. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable app store before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Mixroom account, Paddle, Toss Payments, the Apple App Store, or Google Play, depending on where you purchased.
Cancellations stop future renewals. Access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
